EXECUTIVE TEAM
Professor Michelle Money (NPQH / PFHEA / MA (Ed) / FRSA)
Professor Money is the CEO and a qualified teacher. She has held senior posts as a primary head teacher, local authority school improvement officer, Head of ITT at Staffordshire University and Director of Education for the University of Wolverhampton. Prior to her current role Michelle was instrumental in the setting up of Staffordshire University Multi Academy Trust. She has served on numerous MAT boards as a Trustee. Committed to life-long learning and an absolute belief that education is about the development and nurture of the whole child, Michelle has a PhD in Education and most recently a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership completed at Oxford University.
Philip Scott (FCCA)
Philip leads a team of qualified professional accountants, Finance Officers, administrators, Estate Managers, Governance administrators and IT Professionals. Philip is a Fellow of the Association for Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Philip has worked with small to large Multi Academy Trusts supporting and leading on finance and operations matters. Philip has also worked as a member of working groups within the ESFA to support the sectors views at a department level. Philip has served as a Trustee for a Multi-Academy Trust.
Charlie Chambers (NPQEL / MEd)
Charlie has over 20 years’ experience working in the education sector and 10 of those as a Head teacher. He holds an MA in Education and has also completed his NPQEL. He has also worked with the DFE, National College and QCA. He is a member of the System Leadership and Improvement Committee for the Birmingham Education Partnership representing schools in the South of the City.
Charlie oversees school improvement in our Primary Schools. Most of Charlie’s headship experience has been working in schools in areas of high deprivation.
As a Head Teacher he has led his own schools through nine Ofsted S5 and S8 Inspections as well as supporting others through their inspections. He has led two schools to achieve their first ever ‘good’ judgements, one of which was included in the DFE list of 150 failing schools. Charlie was also the Deputy Head Teacher in an outstanding rated teaching school so has experience in working in various settings across the sector and supporting other schools to improve. Working in areas of high deprivation with high percentages of disadvantaged pupils he is passionate that there should be equality of opportunities for all pupils.
Charlie has developed staffing structures that enable us to best utilise our staff members and get the most from the finances available. There is now a culture of cross-school working, using staff where they have talents to develop the practice of others in multiple settings. Our schools have staff leading specific subject areas across more than one school. Charlie works with the CEO and Director of People and Engagement to develop those who are identified as talented leaders so that they will be ready to become the future Senior leaders in our partnership.
Clair Jenkins (MEd / PFHEA)
Clair leads a team of HR qualified professionals and is an experienced leader with 25 years’ experience of working in the education sector. Clair is a fully qualified, advanced skills teacher who has worked across all phases including primary, secondary, and higher education as a teacher, Senior Lecturer, and leader. Clair has also worked as a Local Authority Adviser and was a Consultant for the National Literacy Strategy supporting the development of teaching and learning at local, regional, and national levels through training and programme development with the DFE. Clair has extensive experience of working with challenging schools and supporting their staff through professional development. Her knowledge of leadership, pedagogy and practice enable her to understand the challenges faced by colleagues and to support sustainable solutions through improved practice. Clair is a qualified DSL and, as a former SENDCO, is the strategic lead for these areas across the partnership. Clair has extensive experience of ITT. She holds an MA in Education; a PGCERT in Educational Leadership and is a Senior Fellow of the High Education Academy (HEA).
Rhiannon Terry
Rhiannon brings over a decade of experience in the education sector, having worked in multiple roles throughout her career, including School Support Manager, Governance Professional, and Compliance Lead.
Rhiannon has experience of working across Primary and Secondary phases, in both maintained schools and multi-academy trusts. Her diverse experience allows her to understand and address the unique challenges faced by different types of educational settings.
In her current role as Director of Corporate Affairs and Governance, she drives internal change and improvement across the Partnership by oversight, management and support of all aspects of governance, compliance and data protection regulation. She ensures a cohesive approach to internal systems and processes, facilitating the smooth operation of corporate functions. She plays a pivotal role in strategic planning and policy development, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the organisation.
She has a professional background in finance with AAT qualifications, and holds Level 4 School Business Manager qualifications, along with Data Protection Officer Certification.

Sarah Robinson
Sarah has been the Acting Headteacher since September 2025.
Andrea Gray
Andrea Gray has been a committed member of the Albert Bradbeer Primary School team since 2010. Her leadership journey began in 2015 when she was appointed Assistant Head, later progressing to the role of Deputy Head Teacher. Andrea has also extended her leadership expertise across two partnership schools, contributing to strategic development and school improvement initiatives.
Throughout her career, Andrea has led on several key areas of school improvement, including English and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Her broad teaching experience – from EYFS through to Year 6 – has given her a deep understanding of children’s developmental and educational needs. Andrea is passionate about ensuring that all children, regardless of background, have access to the same opportunities to thrive and succeed
Hayley Byrne (BA Hons, NPQH)
As Interim Headteacher, Hayley feels privileged to lead such a vibrant and ambitious school community.
Having worked in education for 15 years, with a BA (Hons) in Primary Education and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), Hayley has had the opportunity to work in a range of senior leadership roles within Greenheart Learning Partnership across different settings.
Hayley is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every child feels valued, challenged and inspired to achieve their very best. Believing in the power of strong relationships- with pupils, staff and the wider community- Hayley is committed to working together to provide the highest standards of education.
Hayley’s focus is always helping children to grow not just academically, but also socially and emotionally, so that they leave us confident, capable, and ready for the next stage of their journey.
Kate Steatham
Kate has been working in primary schools for over 15 years and has been proud to be part of the Featherstone Academy community for the past three.
As a qualified SENCO for nine years, Kate is dedicated to ensuring every child is included, supported and able to reach their individual goals. Creating a strong sense of belonging is at the heart of Kate’s work, and she is passionate about making school a place where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Kate also values the important role that Featherstone Academy plays at the centre of the community and is fully committed to being part of that.
Craig McMahon
Craig’s journey began within the Partnership as a teaching student. Since then, he has built a rich and varied career across three Partnership schools, spanning both primary and secondary phases. He has progressed through several leadership roles—including Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.
Craig joined Heathlands in June 2022 as Deputy Headteacher. Now serving as Acting Headteacher, he continues to champion equity and opportunity for all students. His leadership is grounded in the belief that every child deserves a voice in the classroom, regardless of background or ability.
A strong advocate for using sport as a catalyst for engagement and personal growth, Craig has led boxing and football clubs both in and out of school. These initiatives have not only promoted physical wellbeing but also fostered resilience, teamwork, and self-confidence among pupils—particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Craig’s vision is rooted in levelling the playing field and creating an environment where every learner feels seen, heard and empowered.
SARAH YATES
Sarah has been a Headteacher for the past two years, with a further 22 years of experience teaching in a variety of primary schools.
She is passionate about community engagement, fostering positive links with parents and is also a highly respected, qualified SENDCO.
Sarah is committed to creating inclusive schools and building strong, successful teams.
She is a firm believer in children engaging in outdoor environments wherever possible so learning opportunities enable pupils to develop into well rounded, creative and independent individuals capable of facing the challenges of the modern society.
Sam Rich
Sam has worked at Reaside for 15 years and is dedicated to supporting pupils and the local community, with a particular passion for supporting those with SEND. She has previously held the position of both Deputy Head and Head of School where she developed the school’s positive culture around behaviour and relational teaching practise.
Having worked for the trust since it was originally founded, she has had the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and work with other leaders both within the partnership, the locality and nationally. She has also worked on our ECT programme, leading training in the teaching of SEND and English.
With a background in the Arts, she is keen to ensure that children continue to have the opportunities to develop their wider skills and interests outside of the traditional classroom setting.
Richard Parslow
Richard has been a primary school teacher since 1998 and has taught in a range of schools in the South Birmingham area and was a lead teacher of mathematics for the local authority. He has worked for the partnership since its inception in 2012 and before taking on the acting head teacher role at Woodhouse he was the deputy head teacher, a position he has been in since September 2013.
Richard has also been fortunate to work across several schools in the partnership providing support for head teachers and getting to know staff and children in different settings.
He believes in educating the whole child, providing quality learning experiences in the classroom and enriching experiences out of the classroom.
With a colleague, Richard supports our work in safeguarding across the trust.
Richard is also passionate about sport and how sport can be utilised to help children acquire and develop key life skills.
Andrew Byrne
Andrew has 20 years experience working in Primary schools and has worked both in the UK and internationally.
Andrew has worked in 2 of our partnership schools, initially as a Deputy Headteacher and for the last 2 years as a Headteacher.
Andrew is passionate about developing the whole child and has worked in areas of high deprivation for most of his career. Andrew is a firm believer in using evidence informed approaches to teaching and learning and that consistency and high expectations of both colleagues and children are a cornerstone of a successful school.
Rebecca Givans
Rebecca has been the Acting Headteacher since September 2025.
Beverley Walker-Gordon
I have been a teacher for 15 years and will always at heart remain a teacher.
I have been a leader for 14 years, taking on the role of a coach and mentor for teaching and learning across a school in difficulty. As well as an acting headteacher of two schools, and headteacher of a further two.
I’ve led extensively on teaching and learning, taking on a position as the senior leader of teaching and learning across a 10 school multi-academy trust.
I have been responsible for trust/school Continuous Professional Learning, and pathways to progression and retention.
I am a specialist in supporting and managing complex behaviour, having achieved a BA Hons in Early Childhood, psychology and behaviour, and having led in extremely challenging schools.
I have a love and passion for teaching and learning, and enjoy coaching and developing teachers into excellent models of high standards.
ELLEN FITZPATRICK
Ellen was appointed Principal in February 2026.
Zoe Bayley
Zoe was appointed Principal in January 2026.
