SOCIAL MOBILITY – Helping the Woodhouse community get the most out of school

Woodhouse Primary Academy has relaunched their uniform and clothing bank for families of their children.

Woodhouse Primary Academy has relaunched their uniform and clothing bank for families of their children.  After introducing a clothing bank and uniform bank in the Autumn term, they have now rearranged and improved access to their stock.

Their new clothing rails mean that the impressive array of outdoor coats can be properly displayed and can be better selected from.  Hats, scarves, gloves and bags complete the offerings.  When you add Woodhouse’s free book boxes to help grow children’s home libraries, there really is everything that is needed in order to get the most out of school!

Since setting up the uniform and clothing bank, the Academy has been inundated with support from families, with the community at Woodhouse committed to helping others.  “We are excited about what else we can do to help, and will continue to grow this provision.”
